Nancy Wudur

Nancy graduated from Syracuse University and started working at Shifter Realtors in 1990. She was a hard worker with a solid track record of sales. She posted the Sparks’ house and boat on Wednesday. Thirteen seconds later, she received a phone call from a buyer who wanted to purchase both the house and the boat. Thirty seconds later, the full purchase price had been wired into the Shifter Realtors account at Grayforce Bank.

Author’s Note:

The Sparks family needed to sell their house, and quickly, but it was important that the transaction include the boat. If both items weren’t sold it would create a problem. How could they possibly move onto the Hidden Sun if they never sold the Stress Reliever?

The sale of the house becomes very important in the future of the series. The house and its previous occupants play a major role.

It didn’t surprise me that the house and the boat sold so quickly. It wasn’t really a sale, now was it. Nancy came by the house once to do a walk-through. She wasn’t impressed with it and I wasn’t very impressed with her.
